- Incubation period(15-45d)
- Prodromal sym systemic(low grade fever, anorexia, nausea, vomiting)
- Fatigue, malaise, arthralgias, myalgias, headache, pharyngitis, cough
- Dark urine & clay color stool(1-5d b4 onset)
- Liver enlarged & tender & asso w ruq pain & discomfort

- Acu hepis w cli jaundice(s bili lvl >2.5mg/dL & s ALT >10x)
- IgM ab detectable 5-10d b4 onset sym & up to 6mon Anti-HAV IgM ab=acu inf
