Serious side effects
Swelling of: Eyes, lips, face, tongue. Excessive tiredness, Flu-like symptoms, pale skin, discolored or bloody skin, bruising under the skin

Alcohol can add to the drowsiness caused by this medication

MAX 1,000 mg, 3 tablets (Aleve) per 24 hours
