B-Phototherapy: UVB (broad/narrow band)

  • Sites: bilat & sym flexors wrists, forearms, sides of neck, inner thighs, sacrum, oral M.M & genitals
  • M.M: streaks & plaques , painful erosions
  • Nails: long . Striations, discoloration, splitting & pterygium
  • Palm & soles: firm yellowish papules
