A-Topical
- Steroid topical I.L inj
- Tar 2-5% Tar + UVB (Gokerman technique)
- Salicylic acid 3% - Calcipotriol
B-Phototherapy: UVB (broad/narrow band)
C-Systemic
- Methotrexate - PUVA
- Etretinate - Cyclosporin
- Biologic: TNF alpha blocker (Etanercept)
