Paget’s Disease
A
Treatment of Paget’s • Wide local excision (2 cm margin) • Recurrence in up to 50% of patients Regardless of margin status Often skip lesions Long term surveillance • Associated malignancies •15% have underlying gynecologic malignancy •20 -30 % have non-gynecologic cancers (breast, colon, lung)

Vulvar Cancer -treatment
A
Squamous Cells
>2cm and >1mm depth of invasion
- nodal dissection unilateral or bilateral within 1 cm of midline
Sentinel lymph node dissection
Stage 4- resection if possible, otherwise chemo/rad (cisplatin)

vulvar melanoma
A
The primary lesion should be removed, providing a margin of (at least) 2 cms ►LND or sentinel node determination is performed for all lesions >0.75mm thick ►Tumors of less than 0.75 mm do not require LND
