A
vaginal bleeding
ulcer on genitals, ulcer on the vulva, indurated base and everted margins
inguinal lymphadenopathy
tx: radiotherapy, chemotehrapy

A
worsened in pregnancy
(pressure of the gravid uterus obstructing venous drainage from the lower extremities)
‘bluish lump’

lichen sclerosis
A
white patches
itchy
vulval skin is thickened in areas with white patches

A
usually confined to the mouth
typically not itchy

vulvar wart
A
HPV 6 and 11
florid in immunosuppressed conditions like pregancy
HPV 16 and 18 are less common and implicated in cerivcal intraepithelial neoplasia

A
Bartholin’s abcess
painful vulval swelling
larger then burst
lump with puncutm, foul smelling pus.
