- Repeat steps 1 and 2, and when 2 candidates remain, the candidate with most votes wins
Borda Count Method.
If there are n candidates in an election, each candidate is voted with n points to their 1st choice, n-1 points to his 2nd choice, and so on. The candidate with the least preferred choice votes receives 1 point.
