How do you make up a standard solution

A

Rinse the solute from the clock glass into a beaker containing deionised water. Dissolve the solute in the deionised water. Add through funnel into volumetric flask including rinsings. Add deionised water until the bottom of the meniscus is level with the mark read at eye level. Stopper and invert serval times.
