-To help adolescents or adults develop skills that are prerequisites to competitive work: task skills, cognitive rehab (selective attention, memory, problem solving etc.), skills training (how create a resume, how to find a job, what to wear at work, how to stay employed, etc.), life skills (ADLs), social interaction skills, learn work habits, interests, and aptitudes
