Who are vocal function exercises for?
Clients of all ages with a variety of hyperfunctional and hypofunctional disorders.
Hyperfunctional voice disorders- Increased laryngeal tension.
Hypofunctional voice disorders- Reduced function and low muscular effort.
May include Parkinson’s, Myasthenia Gravis, Presbylaryngis Muscle Tension Dysphonia, Vocal Fold Paralysis, Vocal polyps, nodules, or cysts.

Sustain the musical notes (C-D-E-F-G) for as long as possible on the sound “ol”.
