Hyperfunctional voice disorders- Increased laryngeal tension.
Hypofunctional voice disorders- Reduced function and low muscular effort.

May include Parkinson’s, Myasthenia Gravis, Presbylaryngis Muscle Tension Dysphonia, Vocal Fold Paralysis, Vocal polyps, nodules, or cysts.
