Equal, round, reactive to light
What scale measures LOR?
AVPU Scale (Awake, Verbal, Pain, Unresponsive)
When taking heartbeat, what should you notice other than bpm?
Whether it is regular/irregular and strong/weak
What conditions of the skin should you check?
SCTM: Skin Color, Temperature, Moisture
What characteristics of RR should you report?
Rate, rhythym (regular, irregular), effort (labored/unlabored)
Without a sphygmomanometer, how should you check and describe blood pressure?
Checking pulse in extremity and setting if it is strong and regular
