What is vital force?
A
Vital force is the way in which the Bantu people of the baluba of Congo view life hierarchically. Believing that it is a heirarchy of all first with God, then ancestors then, humans then animals and last plants and they believe that there is a knowledge at each level that is more than the last. Additionally it is also their sort of moral compass in that whatever is good and right and just follows the way of the heirarchy but whatever is bad goes against it

It is the object of prayers and basically purpose in life is to acquire life/strength/vital force to live strongly
