Mission statements
Something that states a purpose aim or goal of a business ,says with the business does & what its vision is and what its values are
when formulating a mission statement you should consider your personal views ,values and belief system .
Your personal views is your opinion or ways of thinking about something and what you consider to be important these are influenced by your goals for your future your religion your culture and your values
Values or beliefs about what is important acceptable or valuable these are shaped by the environment in which you live your school your interests and the important people in your life. Your values help you decide on your goals
examples are honesty responsibility truth accuracy loyalty
Belief system is A Faith with a series of beliefs but not a formal religion 
it is the way you try to understand the world and your place in it
it answers questions such as why am I here who created the world and sets your beliefs on what is right and wrong true or false and
it can be based on the teachings of a formal religion or your cultural belief system

To find out: Who are you*
You need to :
identify your strengths weaknesses and values
Have clarity about your belief system as it is a part of your identity
Understand how you relate to the wider world acknowledge the groups you belong to and see how you fit into them and how you can care for them and their environment

What make something of value
It must be freely chosen by you amongst alternatives
You must prize or cherish it three proud and share it with the world
You must act on it for it to become a construct a reality your actions should show your commitment to this ideal
