How is fermentation in wine making done
When the grapes are crashed and sent to tanks the fermentation will take place with the help of a pump. The role of yeast is very important in the start of fermentation for the formation of wine.

White wine fermentation takes place between 7 to 16° to permanently get the fruity and other volatile flavour characteristics of the wine

Rosé wine fermentation takes place between 12 to 20° by making contact with the grapeskins for a short time of 12 to 36 hours in this process only dark grapes variety I used
