En caso de recurrencia:
*Qx: Mastoidectomy (Posterior semicircular canal oclusion)

A

Pueden empeorar a BPPV

Made by Herpes Simplex Virus type 1 (HSV-1)

Make a 1°MRI (Hemorragycal cerebellar stroke) then 2°CT

Dx: Vertibular Neuritis
Tx: Vestibular Suppressants + Antiemetics.
