KLAS has been rating software products since we began. We currently have ratings on vendors in an ever-increasing number of market areas (segments).
Medical Equipment
KLAS began rating medical equipment connected to pharmacy, medication administration, and surgery in 2005. Current research includes smart pumps (software that allows an organization to create a library of medications that provides medication dosing guidelines by establishing concentrations, dose limits, and clinical advisories) and pharmacy automation such as robots, carousels, and cabinets.
Professional Services
KLAS has been rating professional service firms (firms who provide human healthcare knowledge via resources or expertise) since 2004. KLAS currently rates vendors in a variety of categories, including value-based care advisory services, value-based care managed services, implementation services, IT advisory services, application hosting services, technical consulting services, IT outsourcing, outsourced transcription, outsourced coding, release of information, go-live support, CDI services, eligibility enrollment services, extended business office services, revenue cycle outsourcing, and revenue cycle transformation services.

Real-time performance ratings for all of the market segments, vendors, and products that KLAS monitors. Our performance data can be accessed through our website as well as through the KLAS App.
Specialty Reports:
A detailed look at the performance or perception of specific market segments as well as key issues within the vendor market. We publish about 65 specialty reports throughout the year.
Advisory Services (KLAS Performance Insights or KPI):
Providers and vendors can engage KLAS to conduct custom research and data analysis.
