Who we are and what we do: Longer Story
o Our goal is to help healthcare providers make informed technology decisions. We do that by offering ratings and reports that detail vendor performance.
o We anonymously gather insights from healthcare providers across the country who rate their vendor products. We then produce vendor performance ratings to report back to the industry.
o Healthcare executives need the experience and candid insights of their peers when they make technology decisions so that their organization can be successful. We are an independent group that does that research for them.
How we do what we do
We conduct more than 27,000 product evaluations yearly from customers at 4,500 hospitals and 2,500 clinics to gather performance data on the vendor products.
We collect the data using a three-step process.
First: We collect numeric and yes/no data on key performance criteria
Second: We follow up with a confidential interview to gather provider experiences and advice
Third: We audit and review the data immediately for completeness and accuracy
