A

1-The simple past is used with actions that took place in the past: le passé simple est utilisé avec des actions qui ont eu lieu dans le passé.
2-Actions that happened one after the other in the past. Ex:He came in, called his friends, and prepared some popcorn.
Mots clefs:
1-Yesterday: I walked to school yesterday
2-Last: She ate de pizza last week
3-Ago: We went to the movies two days ago
4-In: They visited France in 2000
5-When: When I was young, I played outside
6-After: After I graduates, I moved to Montréal
7-From: From 1999 to 2018

A

1-On l’utilise principalement pour parler d’une action qui vient de se passer récemment.
2-Une action passée liée au présent, comme un constat, ou une action dont on voit la continuité dans le présent.
3-Pour parler d’un moment non spécifié (non spécifique) du passé.
4-Il est également utilisé avec des actions / situations terminées ou inachevées.
Ex:I have drunk all the water. I’ve drunk all the water. He has influenced my decision. He’s influenced my decision
5-Pour parler de son expérience de la vie en général, sans entrer dans les détails. exemple :
I have been through many troubles in my lif
