1-Verbe qui ne peut pas avoir une action en continu l’action est complétée. ex: ‘complete’ - (on ne peut ‘completer’ quelque chose qu’une fois).
2-Comme-si on fait le bilan de quelque chose de passé ex :I have done my homework, c’est le résultat, l’accomplissement de l’action qu’on a fait. On peut l’associer aux questions: How much? Ou How many? Ex: How many people have you interviewed? We’ve asked over five hundred people. How much of his work has he done? He’s done all his homework?
3-Pour les verbe d’état: ex:I’ve know John for years
4-use the Present Perfect when the result of an action in the past is important in the present
