RR, VC, Vt, minute ventilation, NIF, RSBI
A
Patient must protect airway 
Follows commands
Tidal Volume > 5 ml/kg
Vital Capacity > 10 ml/kg (2 x Vt)
Negative Inspiratory Force > -20 (-40 ideal)
Minute Ventilation under 25 ml/cm h2o
RR under 30
FiO2 under 40
