Outflow tract obstruc- DVT
Deep V incompet eg post DVT- post thrombotic, venous insuffic
Vol overload- superfic vein incompet- VV. causes recircuiting back to superfic V from deep. Tx- remove superfic V.

Venoud duplex scan
ABPI
Comp bandage- ABPI over 0.8 for 4 layer, over 0.5 for 3 layer. Gradated comp. heal in few wk then tx cause.
Prev recurr- mobile, VV surg, comp stocking
