  2. Under Select a Source, go to the folder that contains the .idtxplan file(s)
  3. Under Select Treatment Plan, select the treatment plan(s) to import
  4. Set optional settings under Select Naming Conventions to modify the plan’s names if you want to differentiate them from your existing library
  5. Press Import

  2. Navigate to VCM 64-bit Server folder and open LoggingVCMServerService.config
  3. Locate the <logger> tag with the name attribute that matches the name of the log whose level you want to change</logger>
  4. Within that <logger> tag, find the <level> tag and change the value attribute to the level you desire</level></logger>
  5. Save the file and start VCMServerService

How do you configure the VCM service with the VCM service account?

  1. Make sure VCMServerService is not running (go to Services and stop)
  2. Right-click it and select Properties
  3. Select the Log On tab
  4. Sign in with the VCMService account credentials
  5. Start VCMServerService (go to Services and start)
