How can you determine what VCM and DSIQ version a reporter is on?

Answer 1

1. From the Main Menu toolbar, go to Help > About Vista Chemotherapy Manager
2. The VCM version number is listed next to Version
3. Expand DSIQ Build, the DSIQ version number is listed next to Description

Question 2

How do you obtain an Audit System Activity Log?

Answer 2

1. From the Main Menu toolbar, select Tools > Data Utilities > Audit System Activity
2. Choose the date range, patient, and/or a specific user, then press Search
3. Press Print Preview, then Save the file

Question 3

How do you obtain an RPC Broker Log?

Answer 3

1. From the Main Menu toolbar, select Tools > Interface Utilities > RPC Broker History
2. Click Save to File
   Note: This log is discarded once a user logs out so it needs to be saved during their session
