how does polyarteritis nodes present
medium vessel vasculitis associated with Hep B
rash called lived reticularis - mottled and purple
how is ANCA associated vasculitis treated
if no organ involvement
-methotrexate + steroids
if systemic with organ involvement
-cyclophosphamide + steroids
plasma exchange if creatinine >500
if progressive and unresponsive to steroids
- IVIG
- Rituximab
