Atherosclerosis of arteries, like with the heart
Mild - Claudication which is reproducible on walking
Severe - Comes on at rest and at night

What would you see on examination of severe P.A.D?
Hairless skin and skin atrophy
Pulselessness or reduced pulse
Arterial ulcers
Gangrene
Excessive sweating due to increased SNS
Erectile dysfuntion (Leriche syndrome)

Pale/Pallor
Pulselessness
Pain
Parasthesia

Conservative - lifestyle advice
Medical - Manage co morbidities and Aspirin/statin
