• Paralysis

“Describe Buerger’s Test?”

• With patient supine, raise both feet to 45o (hold for 1-2mins)
• Hang feet off the end - looking for reactive hyperemia
• If Buerger’s Angle <20o = Severe Limb Ischaemia.
