A
- Scars
- Peripheral Pallor
- Peripheral Cyanosis
- Gangrene
- Venous Ulcers - Large ,Shallow Ulcers with irregular borders. Typically over medial mallelous
- Arteria Ulcers - Small, Deep Ulcers with well-defined borders. Commonly occur at the most distal part of a limb
- Xanthomata
- Hair Loss
- Muscle Wasting
- Paralysis

“Describe Buerger’s Test?”
A
- With patient supine, raise both feet to 45o (hold for 1-2mins)
- Hang feet off the end - looking for reactive hyperemia
- If Buerger’s Angle <20o = Severe Limb Ischaemia.
