Physiology of Venous Drainage of Testis.

Pampiniform Plexus - found in spermatic cord, drains into testicular vein and regulates temperature of blood entering testes by absorbing heat from the testicular artery.

Increased Resistance in Testicular Vein :-
- Incompetent Valves in Testicular Vein.
- Renal Cell Carcinoma.

- Throbbing/Dull Pain or Discomfort - exacerbated by standing.
- Bag of Warms - prominent on standing.
- Asymmetry in Size - growth is affected.

- US with Doppler Imaging - diagnostic.
- Semen Analysis.
- Hormonal Tests.

A
- Uncomplicated - Conservative.
