Collection of fluid within the tunica vaginalis - sealed pouch of membrane that surrounds the testis.

A
Part of the Peritoneal membrane that becomes separated and remains in the scrotum during foetal development.

Aetiology of Hydrocoele (5).
A
- Idiopathic.
- Testicular Cancer.
- Testicular Torsion.
- Epididymo-Orchitis.
- Trauma.

Management of Hydrocoele (2).
A
- Idiopathic - Conservative.
2. Large/Symptomatic - Surgery, Aspiration or Sclerotherapy.
