A nephroblastoma - childhood tumour of primitive renal tubules and mesenchymal cells.

Presents in kids under 5 (median : 3).

- Abdominal Mass (commonest).
- Painless Haematuria.
- Abdominal Pain.

A
Children with an unexplained enlarged abdominal mass needs a paediatric review within 48 hours.

- Initial : US Abdomen.
- Staging : CT/MRI.
- Diagnosis : Biopsy.
