Large urgent FT lists for tender:
* Manager suggested making FTs live before 4 eye checked, to save time.
* Explained to manager why cutting corners opened us up to errors.
* Advised a different way to speed up process without adding risk.
* Process changed by manager.

  1. Can you tell me about a time when you have experienced a colleague not adhering to the Company Values? What did you do?
A

Spirit Values 2: TRUST
* Errors when 4 eyeing a colleague’s work
* Colleague stopped coming back to me for 2nd checks. Pointed this out, excuses made.
* Saw 4 eye request, checked nobody else had done it.
* Answered 4 eye request, got lied to about what needed doing.
* Checked again with everyone, gathered evidence of avoidance and lying.
* Sent to manager.
* Manager pointed out procedure for checks.
