Patient Engagement & Communications (Connect)
Connect is a complete Patient Engagement and communication platform designed to automate tasks to allow clinics to easily connect and communicate with their patients, staff, and providers
Developed in-house, Connect is able to automate communications using signals from the EMR and PM system so that clinic staff does not need to manually send a message directly to patients, but can rely on Raintree to automate both simple and complex processes
Tasking
Raintree has internal tasking to simplify clinic admin. A task can be assigned to users and can be automatically generated based on signals from the system
Role Based Security
Internal user access is managed based on roles to limit security risk to PHI and PII
Compliance
To make defensible documentation to limit compliance lapses and improve billing accuracy. ONC certification tests aspects of the system to ensure that it meets or exceeds standards
Patient Portal
