what are symptoms of vaginal cancer?
abnormal bleeding, vaginal discharge after coitus or after menopause
what is the sandwich approach?
chemo for three courses, rad therapy, then chemo again for three courses
what is the most radiosensitive structure?
ovaries
what can help alleviate diarrhea from pelvic radiation therapy?
low fiber diets, sucralfate, loperamide
