Aggregates uniform cuboidal cells
proliferation blood vessels surrounded by small round blue monomorphous cells (glomus cells) filing through stroma
Copiuous cytoplasm round hyperchomatic nuclei lining vascular channels

lymphangioma
Epidermal hyperplasia sometimes
Proliferation and dilation of lymph vessels in dermis (especially papillary dermis) or deep soft tissue
lined by endothelial cells
pyogenic granuloma

Vascular lobules proliferation thin walled blood vessels in edematous pale myxoid stroma
infiltrate neutrophils, lymphocytes
