At birth: 3 dose Hep B. vaccine
Age 2 months: Pneumococcal, DTaP, Hib, polio, rotavirus
Age 6 months: Annual Influenza
Age 12 months: MMR, varicella
Vaccines for Adolescents and Young Adults
Annual Influenza
Age 11-12 years: 1st dose of MCV4, HPV, Tdap
Age 16 years: 2nd dose of MCV4

Inactivated Influenza
Tdap x1 with each pregnancy

Annual Influenza
Age 50 years: 2 doses, 2-6 months apart Herpes zoster (Shingrix)
Age 65 years and older: PCV20 X1 or PCV15 X1 then PPSV23 x1 one year later

Age 19-64 years: PCV20 X1 or PCV15 X1 then PPSV23 x1 one year later
Age 60 years and older: Hep B. if not previously vaccinated
