What does the First Ideation do?
The first ideation sets the stage, reassures the group, addresses the most prominent and urgent issues that deliver incremental innovation (and perhaps more!)
What does the Second Ideation do?
The second ideation pushes the project’s boundaries, reaching for more significant innovation; it serves to put the current project in perspective, looking further down the road.

When should The Value Proposition be used?
The best time to use this activity is when your team responds/evolves better in a more structured way of finding solutions.
What is the primary goal of The Value Proposition?
To identify any potential gaps in current or new Value Propositions.
Who are the participants of The Value Propostion activity and how many participants?
Anyone on the project should participate (no external users need to participate) and there should atleast be 3-25 participants
What supplies are needed for The Value Proposition Canvas?
Post-its, several printed user-profiles, and value proposition canvas.
What are the 3 roles of The Walt Disney Method?
Creative, Realist and Critic
What are the 2 different approaches of The Walt Disney Method?
Long application: over the course of the whole project from inception to delivery. Duration depends on the project.
Punctual application: to resolve a specific issue. Duration: 1-2 hours, according to needs.
Who are the participants of The Walt Disney Method and how many participants?
Anyone on the project (no external users need to participate) and 3 - 12 participants
What is the primary goal of Brain Netting?
To encourage participation from all team members.
When should you use Brain Netting?
To gain input from remote team members and/or distributed teams.
What is Brain Netting?
Brain Netting is a remote collective brainstorming activity carried out by participants using shared virtual tools.
What is the purpose of the second ideation?
It Allows exploring further a given problem in a different way than in the first ideation, delivering innovative proposals. Disruptive innovation can happen at this point it also
considers the project from a wider perspective. It also reveals the mental model associated with this new perspective for the product or service for the workshop participants. The second ideation will ensure that the corrections are sustainable.
