A

part of the skin’s immune system. APCs in skin - UV causes them to present antigens in a bad way.

A

plot of efficacy of a given wavelength FOR a particular biological outcome.
If AS for endpoint is a perfect match for absorption spectrum of CHROMOPHORE –> ideal e.g. in photosynthesis.
