- Cytology
- Cystoscopy
- Ureteroscopy with biopsy, Percutaneous biopsy, and/or selective washings
- Labs
- Nuclear medicine renal scan (if indicated)
- Bone scan (if indicated)
- Consider germline testing and genetic counseling (if indicated)
