RECIST criteria

Answer 1

• CR: all target and non-target lesions disappear and lymph nodes are less than 1cm short axis
• PR: at least 30% decrease in the sum of diameters of target lesions compared to baseline, non-target lesions are non-progressive, and no new lesions
• SD: a less than 20% increase in the sum of diameters of tumors or less than 5mm absolute increase
• PD: a greater than 20% increase in the sum of diameters of tumors, plus a 5mm absolute minimum increase
