Uteroplacental blood flow is not autoregulated, therefore it is dependent on perfusion pressure and PVR. Epinephrine increases PVR more than increase perfusion pressure. Ketamine and magnesium slightly increase uteroplacental flow at high dose. Propofol has no effect.
