1. urine with hCG hormone applied to stick
2. urine moves down the stick to mobile enzymes with specific antibodies for hCG and a dye actibating enzyme tag on them. hCG binds to the antibodies
3. hCG moves down stick to zone with immobilized antibodies that binds to different part of hCG molecule (this is the positive line of test)
4. then the mobile antibodies that are unbound go down to the control point where there are immobile antibodies specific to the mobile antibodies so they bind and form control line
