PAIN
Black pepper, Peppermint, eucalyptus, lavender, ginger, clove
- Peppermint - menthol, which has a cooling effect on sore, achy muscles. It also has analgesic, antispasmodic, and anti-inflammatory properties.
- Helichrysum - relieves muscle spasms, inflammation, + pain.
- Marjoram - relaxes muscle spasms and tension. It’s known for its ability to ease pain and inflammation.
- Lavender - calm and relax. It also relieves pain and inflammation.
- Eucalyptus - a cooling effect on muscles and reduces pain and inflammation.
- Chamomile - help with pain and inflammation. Soothe muscle tension and reduce spasms.
- Rosemary - ease pain and inflammation.
- Yarrow - reduce pain and inflammation.
- Ginger - has a warming effect on sore muscles, which helps relieve pain.
- Black pepper = alleviates pain by warming up your body.
- Clove - treat pain. It also has a warming effect on sore muscles
- Clary sage - alleviates muscle tension and spasms while promoting relaxation.
- Juniper - eases tension and eliminates muscle spasm
- Arnica - relieves inflammation and swelling while soothing the skin. It’s often recommended for bruising.
- Lemongrass - quickly reduce inflammation and swelling.
CELLULITE

Choose at least one essential oil. Mix with carrier oil If you’re massaging large areas of the body, stick closer to 1 percent.
1 %: 1 drop of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil
3 %: 3 drops essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil
5 %: 5 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil
Next, apply the essential oil mixture to the affected area and gently rub. Because these oils tend to evaporate quickly, it is recommended that you apply them two times per day.
- Grapefruit - fat-dissolving and helps the body detoxify.
- Patchouli, juniper, + rosemary - dissolving cellulite. They help to enhance circulation while also retaining necessary fluids.
- Cinnamon - strengthens connective tissue and stimulates blood flow.
MOLD
tea tree, oregano, thyme, cinnamon, clove
- Small mold area - 1 tsp oil + 1 cup water, mix, put in spray bottle, spray problem area, let soak, wipe clean
- Mold on clothing or to eliminate odor - Add a few drops of oil do you wash cycle
MENSTRUAL PAIN
- 2 drops Clary Sage + 2 drops Geranium Bourbon + 2 drops Marjoram Sweet + carrier oil. Mix. Apply to abdomen in circular motions
HAIR - ITCHING SCALP
- olive oil
Heat a 1/2 cup of olive oil (only a little bit), apply on scalp + head, leave on for 20 minutes, wash 2x
TOOTH ACHES
- clove bud
- Dilute a few drops of clove oil in an edible carrier oil, such as olive or coconut oil.
- Dab a clean cotton ball into the solution, allowing it to soak in.
- Avoiding contact with your gums, apply the cotton ball to the sore tooth. It may take a few minutes of application to feel relief.
- Reapply every 2 hours as necessary.
RASH
2 tsp coconut oil + 2lavendar + 2tea tree in 10ml bottle. Mix + use daily on effected areas
INGROWN HAIR
Spray bottle - Mix 5 drops lavender + 7 drops tea tree oil + coconut oil in a 30ml(1oz) spray bottle. Apply after wax, shave, scrub
STRETCH MARKS
- Argan - Apply directly on area twice a day

Mix 15 to 30 drops of essential oil with 1 ounce of carrier oil. Start with fewer drops and work up, as skin tolerance allows.
BLOCKED NOSE
Diffuse: 1 oregano + 4 lemon + 3 peppermint
steam treatment - 2 lavender + boiling water
9 lavender + 2 tbsp of carrier oil - apply around neck to ease sinus pressure
