Choose at least one essential oil. Mix with carrier oil If you’re massaging large areas of the body, stick closer to 1 percent.

1 %: 1 drop of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil
3 %: 3 drops essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil
5 %: 5 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil

Next, apply the essential oil mixture to the affected area and gently rub. Because these oils tend to evaporate quickly, it is recommended that you apply them two times per day.

  1. Grapefruit - fat-dissolving and helps the body detoxify.
  2. Patchouli, juniper, + rosemary - dissolving cellulite. They help to enhance circulation while also retaining necessary fluids.
  3. Cinnamon - strengthens connective tissue and stimulates blood flow.

Katrafay oil

A

Combine the following ingredients in a 70 ml (2.5 oz.) darkly-colored bottle: 60 ml of Hemp Seed Carrier Oil, 10 drops of Lavender Essential Oil, and 5 drops of Coconut Carrier Oil. Cap the bottle and gently shake it to ensure thorough blending of all the ingredients. Apply a small amount of this solution to the affected areas of skin, rubbing it in gently. Allow it to dry on the skin for 10 minutes, then rinse it off with cold water.

STOMACH PAIN, HEARTBURN, ACID REFLUX

  1. 3 aniseed + 2 lemon + 1 peppermint + 2 tbsp carrier oil - apply to the abdomen to calm digestive upset or a queasy stomach
  2. Massage 1-2 drops juniper berry + carrier oil on entire stomach, abdomen, chest. (soothe heartburn + acid reflux)
  3. 3 drops of black pepper to a teaspoon of carrier oil or lotion. Then, gently massage onto your stomach in a clockwise manner. You should notice relief soon after. Your intestines will relax, release tension, and begin to get everything moving along in the right direction! Blending a drop or two of Ginger Root CO2 or Dill Weed with Black Pepper will also provide wonderful support, just make sure to dilute accordingly.
  4. Digestion. Take a few drops of coriander oil after a big meal

  3. Place one drop of fir needle in a very warm (not boiling!) bowl of water. Gently position your head over the bowl and cover with a towel for no more than 5 minutes, keeping eyes closed. Relax and let the fir needle aroma penetrate down into your lungs.
  4. Add 5-10 drops to a bowl of hot water. Place a towel over your head, and breathe in the steam for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Add 10 drops to 2 cups of room-temperature water. Put a few washcloths into the water, and place the cloth on the forehead, arms, and legs to cool you down.
  6. Massage/rub into the chest + neck with a carrier oil to inspire deep breathing and increase energy.

5 drops cypress + 2 drops geranium + 3 drops frankincense + sweet almond carrier oil in 10ml roller bottle. Wash face with cold water, dry, apply under eyes, use ring finger to gently pat oil mixture into skin, save bottle in fridge

Directions

Take the roller bottle and add all the ingredients to it.
Shake the bottle thoroughly to mix all the ingredients.
Store this roller bottle in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.
You can apply this essential oil eye serum at night before going to bed.
Blend and massage lightly with the help of your fingers around your eyes.

    Cotton rounds

Combine, soak 1/2 cotton rounds in mixture, place under eyes for 10-15 minutes.
