OWN RECIPE
2tbsp almond oil + 2tbsp hempseed oil + 3 drops green tea. Heat 10 seconds in microwave. Leave on 1 hour. Wash as normal.

Mix several drops of rosemary oil with olive or coconut oil, and apply it to your scalp. Leave it in for at least 10 minutes before washing it out with shampoo. Do this twice per week for best results.

Mix a few drops of cedarwood essential oil with 2 tablespoons of a carrier oil of your choice. Massage it into your scalp, and leave it on for 10 minutes before washing it out. (Hair loss)

Thyme is particularly strong, even among essential oils. Put only 2 small drops in 2 tablespoons of a carrier oil before applying it to your scalp. Leave it on for about 10 minutes, then wash it out. (Hair loss)

Mix 3 drops of clary sage oil with your favorite conditioner, or with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil. If using it daily, rinse out after 2 minutes. If using it once or twice per week, leave it on for 10 minutes. (hair strengthening)

For a hair treatment that promotes the growth of healthier, silkier, and stronger strands, coat them with 1 Tbsp. of Hemp Oil before washing hair in the shower as usual. This simple practice is reputed to increase circulation to the scalp, soothe and prevent the formation of dandruff, inhibit the development of infectious growths, decrease hair loss, and increase thickness.

Promoting growth and thickening of hair - mask of cinnamon + olive oil + honey

1tbsp green tea oil + 1/2 cup olive/coconut oil. Apply to hair + scalp. Leave on for 1-2 hours. Shampoo as usual.

EXFOLIATING YOGURT & HONEY MASK
1 tbsp. finely ground oatmeal
1 tsp. raw honey
1 tsp. yogurt.
Stir until it forms a paste, then slather on and leave for 15 minutes.

TURMERIC FACE MASK DIY RECIPE
Mixing honey and turmeric together gives you anti-inflammatory benefits and skin-brightening properties. It’s also very easy to make:

  1. Combine one teaspoon of turmeric and one tablespoon of honey until it’s well-blended together
  2. Apply your mask to a clear, dry face and leave it on for about 15 to 20 minutes
  3. Rinse the mask off with warm water
  4. Finish your routine with a moisturizer

DIY HONEY FACE MASK
Honey is a near universal DIY face mask ingredient. Its natural antibacterial properties help it do wonders for acne-prone skin. Another effective acne-treatment ingredient is nutritional yeast, which is full of vitamin B that soothes your skin and prevents breakouts.

Here’s how to make a honey-yeast DIY face mask:

  1. Use two tea bags to brew a cup of chamomile tea and let it cool
  2. Meanwhile, mix together one tablespoon of honey and one teaspoon of nutritional yeast
  3. Start slowly adding the chamomile tea to create a thick paste that you’d be able to use as a face mask, but avoid making it too watery
  4. Apply the mixture on your face as a mask and keep on for about 20 minutes
  5. Rinse the mask off and moisturize your face

DIY HYDRATING FACE MASK WITH AVOCADO
When you feel like your skin has been dry for a while and you need a face mask recipe with some hydrating properties, look no further than adding avocado into the mix.

  3. Add one tablespoon of olive oil
  4. Add one tablespoon of honey
