What are Ergonomics and who is this definition by?
A concern with human beings and their interaction with products, equipment, facilities, procedures and environments during everyday living.

What is UCD/Ergonomics?
A contribution to ‘form’ following ‘function’.
What is usability?
The effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction with which specified users achieve specific goals in a specified context of use.
What is LEAF?
Learnability, Effectiveness, Attitude and Flexibility
What is pleasure?
The condition of consciousness or sensation induced by the enjoyment or anticipation of what is felt or viewed as good or desirable; enjoyment, delight, gratification.
What is Flow?
The challenge and skill level (say in computer games) which gets concentration and involvement from the user.
