What can the Admin user do?

A

Super user - see and do everything (Manager + Sys Admin)

Have the ability to adjust admin settings and use the application for every module (workflows, entities, team members, checklist, reconciliations, add folder, folders, close analytics, flux analyses)

Ex. Accounting Manager/ Controller

Good for non strict control environments

What can the System Admin user do?

A

Ability to adjust admin settings related to workflows, entities, team members. Really just grant access to users

Do NOT have the ability to use the application for the close

Ex. IT Support, ERP admin

What can the Manager user do?

A

Same ability as admins except…

Entities: can only add/remove custom tags and edit calendar settings w/in Entities Admin Settings

Do NOT have the ability to adjust admin settings related to Team Members

Ex. Manager on a dispersed team, Controller of a Functional area

Have the ability to use the application related to Folders and Checklists. Not recs or flux analysis

Good use for someone who needs limited access such as AP Clerk or HR Specialist

A

Allows auditor read only access to the aspects of the workflows.

Do NOT have the ability to adjust admin settings or use application for the close

A

Checklists - Documents - Reconciliations specific to each folder

What do the Checklist/Reconciliation tabs have the the Folders tab doesn’t?

A

Show Checklists/Recs for everything (all entities, folders, etc) that one has access to as opposed to that specific folder.

Describe the different In Line Tools

A

Eyeball - follow an item, get a notification when user completes tasks

Pencil - leave review notes for documents, checklists, and reconciliations….can add assignee to the note. Once assignee does something, will get notification and then you can close the note.

Document icon - allows you to attach documents (bank statements, invoices, etc) to checklist items. Items that are NOT related to recs. Creates subfolder in CSP

A

1) Upload in the document section
