Make sure they’re looking in the right place

Tell them you’ll check in w/ their admin to make sure they get added to the folder

No, but the most recent ones you used in filtered view will populate

What happens when you link a checklist item (not a reconciliation item) w/ a file?

Within the client’s CSP, it creates a file in a Folder called “Linked Documents”

Ex. 2022>FQ>FQ TDad>02 February>04 Inventory>Linked Documents

Can you drop documents into the Linked Documents folder w/in the CSP, and have them flow through to FQ?

You can still add them to the CSP, but in order for them to show up in FQ you need to link them to a checklist item

Can you bulk rollforward all documents across all folders?

No, but you will rollforward all documents for a given process folder at once.

When a reconciliation was in a “redo” state and is then tied out below the threshold again, will the toggle turn green automatically, or will the assignees need to sign off again?

Answer 7

Depends on what forced the reconciliation to go into the “redo” state. GL change will require another sign off, Rec change will automatically sign off again
