- Voting by Ballot difficult (Method used by Democrats and Minorities) *Trump has reduced funding for postal services.

- Partisan Gerrymandering is used to dilute the influence of certain voters.
- Groups who are under-represented are deliberately Gerrymandered to increase representation

- No cap on election expenditure *6.5 billion donated towards the 2016 campaign
- Electoral College is unfair *California population 40 million only 55 electoral votes.
- Federalism allows for many different opportunities for voting for example mayor, governor, and senator election. * in 2020, Montana (Republican) voted for a democratic governor.
