A person who works for a government.
Sovereign (nation)
Independent, makes its own decision.
Nullify
To make of no value or consequence, cancel, wipe out.
Spoils System
A system of public employment based on rewarding party loyalists and friends.
Corrupt
Evil; dishonest; to break away from honesty.
Laissez-Faire
Hands-off economic policy.
