-Executive Directive: 2016 Obama issued a directive stating that all schools must allow transgender students to use bathrooms of their choice that align with their gender identity
-Executive Agreements: NAFTA 1994, and 13,000 have been made from 1940 to 1989, while under 1,000 treaties have been made.
