25 Years of Age
7 Years as a U.S. Citizen

How are the number of Representatives for each state determined?
For every Thirty thousand people in state that shall have 1 Representative.
Every State is given at LEAST one representative regardless of population
Only exception is the original colony’s, with their ore-determined representatives.
How many Senators does each state get?
Each state gets two senators that serve for 6 Years and have 1 Vote.
What are the 3 qualifications needed to be a Senator.
30 Years of Age
9 Years as a U.S. Citizen
Resident of State they shall Represent
How is a tie resolved in the Senate?
As the president of the Senate the Vise President of the United states will have one vote to use IF AND ONLY IF in order to resolve a tie in the Senate.
All Executive Power belongs to whom in the government?
The President of the United States holds all executive power.
In order to vote in a President each state must cast its vote through Electors. How are the number of Electors chosen for each state?
Each State gets the same number of Electors as the number of representatives they have in Congress.
Electors = H.Representatives + Senators
What are the 4 qualifications needed to the President.
Natural Born U.S. Citizen
35 Years of Age
14 Years of U.S. Resident
Victory in the Electoral College
Or appointed by Congress
