A

For every Thirty thousand people in state that shall have 1 Representative.

Every State is given at LEAST one representative regardless of population

Only exception is the original colony’s, with their ore-determined representatives.

A

Each State gets the same number of Electors as the number of representatives they have in Congress.

What are the powers of the supreme court?

A

Resolved conflicts between state and federal laws.

Resolves lawful disagreements regarding the Constitution.

What is the presidential impeachment process?

A

The House of Representatives hold the power to impeach the president. A large portion of the House must Vote for it. Then the Senate is must vote on a conviction against the President. 2/3 of Senators must vote for conviction.
