A
1) symptoms more than 10 days wo clinical improvement
2) symptoms severe > 3 consecutive days
3) symptoms worsen after initial period of improvement > 3 days

- PO amoxicillin, augmentin
PENICILLIN ALLERGY
- non severe: PO cefuroxime
- PO levo, moxi
DURATION 5-7 DAYS
